How I Became A Fan: It was the end of 89 October I think I'd been hearing CBW a lot on radio and I saw Gloria & Emilio on some show about the wonderful marriage they had and I finally knew who and what Gloria looked like but that was it. Then on March 20th '90 I saw a news flash about the accident and was very upset by it, that day or probably that weekend VH1 showed all of Gloria's videos (it seemed like for a week I'm not sure) and that's when I finally knew all about Gloria and that all the songs of the 80's I loved were by Gloria & MSM and then I became a VH1 nut hoping to see something on Gloria.

I was at NYU DOB&J hospital(spelling?) while Gloria was still there and I couldn't belive all the people who were there and all the flowers, I wish I had had the nerve to just write a note to Gloria & Emilio, I figured if this many people cared that much for Gloria I should find out more about her and I've never regreted it.

Gloria by example and her music and lyrics have helped me in many ways, for that I say Thank you.

I had the opportunity to talk with Gloria On KTU radio last May 27th and she was wondeful to me and made me feel so relaxed, I enjoyed her show at Studio 54 and hope to see her on her next tour.

Crazy Things: It seems whenever I go out I hear one or more of Gloria's songs and when I'm out with my Mom and we hear one we look for each other and laugh (people must think we're crazy) but it happens so often it's just funny.
