On September 26th 2003 my dream came true. I was finally able to shake the hand of my favorite performer at the Today's show in NY. My birthday was on the 25th and what I asked from my friends for my birthday was to wait on line at the Today's show to meet you. I got there at about midnight and waited anxiously to see you. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would shake your hand and speak to you. I was in shock and I failed to say some things to you that I always wanted to say. "Thank You" first of all. Thank you for continuing to make music that is not only amazing, but that touches me on a much deeper level. You continue to be an inspiration to me everyday. You are an amazing person who has definitely touched the hearts of many, especially mine. I will never forget the joy your music has brought to my life. I hope that you continue to make such wonderful music. Your music will always have a place in my heart. You are truly a wonderful person. Thank you Gloria!
