Our very own "Este_fan Reporter" Tricia Couch was fortunate enough to attend the party held on Collins and 13th (the newly inducted News Cafe, known to many of us as the Cardozo Cafe) to celebrate the launch of the new Ocean Drive en Español magazine. Gloria is the first cover girl of the magazine, which is cofounded by Emilio Estefan.
