The US premiere of Gloria's movie, "Music of the Heart", took place at the Ziegfeld Theater in New York City on October 26th, 1999. Attendees included Gloria and her family, Meryl Streep, Angela Bassett, and Roberta Guaspari. After the movie was shown, the audience was treated to a special performance by Roberta and her students. The Conga crew in attendance made sure that Gloria's appearance in the movie did not get overlooked!!
