Here is the opening outfit. Wonderful of course. She talked about [conga] very early in the show. After the first medley -- just before she started the first set of ballads. She told everyone we were her hard core fans and how much she loves us. She described how we started out in 1995 or 1996 and that we talk non-stop about her. That she lurked for a long time - found it interesting that some like her hair curly, some like it straight, some like it long, some like it short... but when we got to the color of her underwear, she was out of there! She also went in to the fact that there were lots of people in the arena that wished we would sit down, or might even want to just kill us. We booed of course. And she said... really... they are there... let's see a show of hands... and of course, only the three rows behind her family row raised their hands. Most people laughed.... Gloria's Mom and Emily sat in the first row behind all of us. They were directly behind Chencha's family! Emily is so adorable and was dressed in some pretty cool zebra looking pants! She sang and danced all night too. She has great [conga] potential! Later, and more than once throughout the show, she referred to us as her "Conga Babies"!!!
