March 14th Friday - Conga Bash Bus Tour
8:00 am - Registration 9:00 am - Buses will depart 10:00 am - Crescent Moon Studio Tour 12:00 pm - Estefan Enterprises Tour 1:30 pm - Lunch break 3:00 pm - Calle Ocho Star 4:30 pm - Return to Shelborne Special Instructions: Please follow the CB03 Assistants' instructions in order to maintain the schedule. It is important that we keep to the schedule and precise times! At both Crescent Moon and EEI, the tour will be divided into groups. Snacks will be provided at Crescent Moon courtesy of Gloria and EEI. "It is INDISPENSABLE that you wear your badge at ALL TIMES!!" Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. March 14th Friday - Larios Larios dinner is scheduled for 8:30 pm. If you made prior arrangements to attend this dinner, please be there promptly at 8:30 pm with your badge and ticket. March 15th Saturday - Bongos Cuban Cafe - Conga Bash Party 601 Biscayne Blvd. American Airlines Arena - 11:30 am to 5:30 pm. Doors will NOT be opened until 11:30 am. You need your badge and ticket!!!! No transportation is provided. You may need to take a taxi at the Shelborne for approx. $18.00 each way, maximum of 4 people per taxi. You may also take the public bus for $1.25 per person each way. Approximate bus ride is 30 minutes. Bus can be taken right on 17th Avenue to get off across the street from the American Airlines Arena. You may call Miami Metro Bus at (305) 770-3131 for exact information on which bus to take and schedule. For those driving to Bongos, you may park in the American Airlines Arena parking lot, BUT be aware that there is an event at the AAA that evening and ALL cars must be out of the parking lot by 4:00 pm, if not the cost will be $25.00. There are plenty of parking lots all around the Arena in which you can park all day for approx. $6.00 to $10.00. What's going on in Bongos? It's Party Time!!! 11:30 am to 5:30 pm - Party Time 11:30 am to 2:00 pm - Silent Auction 12:30 pm - Buffet Lunch 1:00 pm - Quiz 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm - Live Auction 5:30 pm - Time to part until Conga Bash 2005!!!!! March 15th Saturday - Evening Karaoke Bar There is a karaoke bar at the Shelborne Hotel. It has plenty of Gloria's songs. Opens at 10:00 pm. Must be 21 and over. Good place to meet before heading out to Bongos. Bongos Disco You will receive a pass to return to Bongos that evening for the disco. The disco starts at 12:00 midnight. |
