Conga Bash 2007

PRICING: Pricing for ALL Conga Bash events is PER PERSON. Pricing includes the items that you have seen as well as all additional charges (i.e. gratuity, taxes, etc.). If you are planning on attending the Oriente event with a child under the age of 12 please inform us at Cb07coordinators@aol.com so that we may tell you the price of the child.

   Friday's Boat Tour of Miami: $19.00 USD per person
   Friday's Dinner at Oriente: $55.00 USD per person
   Saturday's Conga Bash: $40.00 USD per person
   Please note that the Post Bash Cruise is a separate event being coordinated by Cindita.    Please contact her directly for payment details!

PAYMENT FORM: We will be accepting payment in the form of money orders, cashier's check, or personal check. Please make these payable to Tiffany Lowe. If you need to use PayPal then you must send an email to Cynthia at gloriafan.cindy@verizon.net so that she may speak with you on that subject. Please do not send cash as we will not be responsible if it gets lost in the mail!!!

INTERNATIONAL CONGA MEMBERS: If you are ABROAD and have access to Western Union than this may be an additional payment method that you can use. If you wish to use this source please inform us FIRST before using it. Information has to be exchanged prior to using it that you do not have. This information will NOT be published arbitrarily for all to see. This method is NOT to be used as a last minute source of payment either. Everyone has been given the same amount of time to pay. We prefer that you use the other methods listed if possible. Please remember that we are trying to make this as easy as possible for all to come, including our Conga friends who are abroad. That is why we are making this option available for them!!!!!

DEADLINES: Payments for ALL Conga Bash events must be received by January 31, 2007. Final date to request a refund for ALL Conga Bash events is February 15, 2007. No refunds will be issued after this date. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!

LIMITS: Please keep in mind that there are limits for persons. The boat is only allowed to carry 140 persons (this is more than the number who attended the last bash) and Oriente has a limit (at this time) of 60 persons.
